OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Selecting the fruit
We manually select fresh fruit. We only use the best quality fruit at its optimal ripening stage.
2. High quality ethyl alcohol
We only use high-quality extra-neutral ethyl alcohol, obtained from the distillation of sugar cane molasses.
3. Cold maceration process
We let the fresh fruit macerate in extra neutral ethyl alcohol through a slow cold maceration process.
4. Sweetening and Filtration
We sweeten our liqueurs with cane sugar and then filter them to obtain a high-quality product.
Our liquors are made exclusively with Ecuadorian raw materials
